Kerry A. Sarnoski

Kerry Sarnoski, principal and cofounder of Fusion Hill, leads research and strategy and partners on creative work to help deliver outcomes that infuse the consumer voice. She has special expertise in ethnographic research, complex business channels and women and boomer audiences. She and her team translate insights into business implications that drive increased purchase, brand and marketing strategy and new product development.

Kerry has the unique ability to quickly assess and anticipate client needs and delve into a consumer’s mindset. Over the past 15 years, she has facilitated thousands of interviews and discussion groups. Kerry is a graduate of Smith College.

Kasey Worrell Hatzung

Cofounder and principal Kasey Worrell Hatzung leads creative and strategy. She integrates design with the research process to ensure rich outcomes from a creative perspective. A leading designer, Hatzung pairs her creative and analytical abilities to create stellar, business-driven outcomes. Her team is passionate about creating touchpoints that are unique, relevant and compelling.

For more than 15 years, Kasey has honed her expertise in delivering elegant solutions for complex marketing challenges. A graduate from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA, Kasey has been recognized for her excellence by several national organizations.
