This month we are engaged in a research project for a major credit card company. We will be identifying the needs of today’s small business owner, finding out what makes them tick and, ultimately, what makes them spend.

This month we teamed up with a consumer packaged goods company to find the answer to the inevitable question, “What’s for dinner?” While we are still deep in the synthesis process of our research, we think we can confidently say, that in-fact, it is NOT always beef.

We clean up real nice.

Who would have thought it would be fun to dress up like cowboys and callgirls at 9am on a Tuesday? We did. For this year’s staff photo, we visited an Old Thyme Photo Studio and had way more fun than should be allowed while slinging six-shooters.

Best practices brought to life.

The installation we created to visually depict the journey of one of Medtronic’s ideal patients recently made another appearance. This month it was presented at a Medtronic Best Practices cross-divisional meeting. We are so proud to have been a contributor.

2008 is great!

We are happy to announce the completion of the 2008 annual report for Benedictine Health Systems. From the first photo shoot in October to press checks just before the holidays, we’re pleased with the results. We hope the Shareholders and Sisters will be as well.
