Partnering with a client in healthcare we’re helping inform and inspire people to choose healthier lifestyles. Our most recent creation includes flash landing pages that will be accessed as click-throughs from targeted email campaigns. Here’s to healthier habits for all of us who can use a little encouragement!

We returned to our roots this month by planting trees along the beautiful Cedar Lake LRT Trail. The event was sponsored by Tree Trust, a nonprofit organization that involves diverse urban populations employment, community forestry and environmental programs. Interested in volunteering? International travel makes our mouths water and this month our research team was satisfied. With freshly inked passports from Russia and Brazil, they returned home bearing beautiful gifts, amazing stories and deep consumer insights. Now that’s what we call immersion!

Giving Back.

This month we served dinner at the Simpson House women’s shelter in Minneapolis. This award-winning non-profit organization provides a full continuum of supportive housing services and offers a bed, a warm meal and a hot shower to those in immediate need. Cool since the 90’s

We’d like to congratulate WestHealth on turning fifteen this year! They’ve been providing convenient outpatient health care services in the Twin Cities since 1994 and we think that’s pretty darn cool. We created an anniversary seal and marketing materials to announce their open house celebration and are hoping (fingers-crossed) to win a door prize.

Frequent Flyers.

Where in the world is the Fusion Hill research team? To be honest, we’re not quite sure… Our lovely ladies are smack in the middle of seven weeks of travel for three major projects across 11 cities in the US, Russia and Brazil. We can’t wait to hear about their adventures, but hope that we still recognize them when they return.

Dressed for success.

At Fusion Hill, we know how important first impressions can be. So when we were approached to create a lead generation program for a new healthcare service, we dove right in. To ensure a successful launch, we designed an intriguing promotional mailer targeted at key decision-makers. Because seriously, who doesn’t love a free gift?

Whole(hearted).

This month we partnered with a major food company to help understand the whole grain consumer – what influences their purchase decisions and what the term “whole grain” mean to them. After gaining insight from in-home ethnographies, shop-a-longs and focus groups, there’s apparently a lot to be said for having a taste for the unrefined.

Duck & Cover.

There we were – plugging away on a rainy Wednesday – when BLAMO! Tornado sirens began blaring and we were rushed downstairs to our safety. But what do we grab first? Our laptops of course. Tornados might be a force to reckon with, but they have little effect on looming deadlines. Thankfully, we came out unscathed AND on schedule. What a whirlwind!
